Your Home Wiggins is completing the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Assisted Living Residence licensing process for our 302 Sally St. address, minutes from I-76 and a short drive from Greeley and Denver International Airport. Private suites, home-cooked meals, and purpose-built bathing areas are ready for residents as soon as licensing is awarded.
While licensure is pending, we are meeting with families, offering tours, and accepting fully refundable founding-resident deposits. Once licensed, 24/7 caregivers will deliver medication support, personal care, and hospitality within a close-knit setting backed by Your Home Senior Living. We are not yet licensed to provide assisted living services until CDPHE issues approval.

Welcome to Your Home Wiggins
Your Home Wiggins is being readied as a residential assisted living residence with the warmth of a neighborhood home. The 10 newly refreshed suites, each with its own bathroom, sit alongside a commercial kitchen, accessible bathing rooms, and inviting nooks for worship, card games, and conversation.
Our team is finalizing life-safety upgrades, CDPHE paperwork, and caregiver onboarding so that when licensure is granted we can immediately offer medication administration, personal care, and purposeful activities with an exceptional staff-to-resident ratio.
Founding residents & licensure updates
We anticipate CDPHE licensure soon and are collecting refundable deposits for founding residents. Deposits secure priority suite selection, inspection updates, and invitation-only preview stays. Because licensure is pending, we are not yet providing assisted living services; reservations are for priority access once approval is issued.

Yes. Charleston at Keenesburg is our licensed and operating sister facility at 195 E Gandy Ave in Keenesburg, CO. It serves 14 residents with the same small-home, family-style approach we are bringing to Wiggins.
