Ten suites, each with its own bathroom, sit alongside a welcoming kitchen, accessible bathing rooms, and inviting nooks for worship, card games, and conversation. Medication administration, personal care, and purposeful activities, with the warmth of a neighborhood home.

“Just wanted to take a moment to thank the assisted living in Keenesburg, CO. I moved my 98-year-old grandmother there almost a year ago. It was a very hard decision to take her out of her home, but I am so thankful she is there. It is 30 minutes from Bennett, CO. The facility is small and feels like a home: quiet country atmosphere, very clean and well maintained, home-cooked meals, holidays celebrated, and lots of activities.
She was allowed to bring her own bedroom set so she would feel comfortable. There is also a Catholic church across the street, which was an important part of our decision. The staff is so kind. The price is very reasonable and they now accept Medicaid. My grandma has 24-hour care there and hospice services.
Within a month of being there I saw such a difference in her. She has gained weight, started eating again, is back on her daily medications routinely, interacting with staff, and finally has a smile on her face. Thank you so much, Charleston at Keenesburg, for loving my grandmother like I do.

Your Home Wiggins is licensed by CDPHE as an Alternative Care Facility (Medicaid), just like our sister facility Charleston at Keenesburg. Medicaid billing enrollment is in progress and expected at opening. Contact us for details on eligibility and timeline.

We are at 302 Sally St in Wiggins, Colorado, just minutes from I-76. Fort Morgan is about 20 minutes east, Greeley is approximately 45 minutes northwest, and Denver International Airport is under an hour away.
